Using RotaTally
You may use RotaTally for your own lawful personal record-keeping. You are responsible for the accuracy of the shifts, rates, breaks, premiums, tips, and other information you enter.
Estimates, not payroll advice
RotaTally provides estimates based on your entries and configured rules. It is not an employer payroll system and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or employment advice. Always compare results with your contract and payslip and seek qualified advice where appropriate.
Scanned rota accuracy
RotaTally’s rota scanning uses automated image analysis and may misunderstand names, dates, times, breaks, or overnight shifts. Proposed shifts must be reviewed before saving. You remain responsible for checking imported information against the original rota and later changes from your employer.
Early test software
Pre-release versions may contain errors, change without notice, or lose locally stored test data. Keep your own records and do not rely on a test build as the only evidence of hours worked.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorised access, upload malicious material, reverse engineer protected service components where prohibited by law, or use RotaTally to violate another person’s rights.
Availability
We aim to make RotaTally reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Offline app functions may continue when online services are unavailable.
Intellectual property
RotaTally’s software, visual identity, website, and original content belong to Anvicit or its licensors. Your shift and earnings records remain yours.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RotaTally is provided without guarantees that every estimate will match an employer’s calculation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product changes. Questions can be sent to support@anvicit.cloud.
