Delete individual records
Delete shifts and jobs from within RotaTally. This removes those records from the app’s local database on that device.
Delete all local app data
- Open iPhone Settings.
- Choose General → iPhone Storage → RotaTally.
- Tap Delete App and confirm.
Using “Offload App” is not enough because iOS keeps the app’s documents and data.
Account deletion
The current test version does not require or create a RotaTally cloud account. When optional cloud accounts become available, RotaTally will include an in-app deletion control. You will also be able to request deletion by emailing support@anvicit.cloud from the address associated with the account.
What a cloud deletion request will cover
We will delete the account and cloud records associated with it, subject to limited information we must retain for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, or legal obligations. Local data on other devices must still be removed on those devices.
